| From: Tejasree Echuru, Itbrainiac [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Tittle: IT Project Manager Location: South San Francisco, California -(Onsite) We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to manage delivery of the One MDM Program. As a Project Manager / Scrum Master, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired outcomes. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. You also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude. Responsibilities Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Collaborate with the individual workstream leads to identify the tasks, dependencies and track status of each of the workstreams Track resource availability and allocation and manage related issues and risks Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies as appropriate Provide Agile reporting (capacity, velocity, burndown, etc) to enable team to continuously improve Develop a detailed project plan to track progress as required Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Manage and escalate risks, issues and blockers to management as needed Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Create status updates as appropriate to keep all project stakeholders informed of progress, decisions, risks and issues Requirements Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies Experience working with Master Data Management platforms and systems Excellent client-facing and partnering skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills PMP certification is a plus Experience in Pharma, Biotechnology, Healthcare industries (preferred) Regards: Tejasree Echuru Sr. IT Recruiter ITBrainiac.Inc | Princeton Forrestal Village, New Jersey 116 Village Blvd, Suite 200 Princeton, NJ 08540| New Jersey-08540 Direct: +609-357-9477 EXT: 110 EMAIL : [email protected] Website : www.itbrainiac.com Keywords: information technology golang |
