Job Title: Lead Java Developer Location: Dallas TX (Day 1 Onsite/Hybrid) Job Type: Long Term Contract Client: Rythmos / Southwest Airlines Job Description 10+ years of hands-on experience in reviewing requirements and project documentation to understand the application. Working experience in Spring, Batch processing. Experience supporting a java application in prod Agile development. Ability to groom with all required acceptance criteria. Skilled in writing Unit Tests, or Test-Driven Development. Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Independent worker with troubleshooting skills. Communication skills (oral and written) to document/communicate issues. Ability to organize and manage multiple competing tasks and priorities with rapidly changing environment. Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Ability to assist with offshore / onshore task co-ordination. Experience in version control using Git. Dealing with large files and parallel processing (aka multi-threading) How to develop in a clustered environment Bachelors degree in computer science or relevant discipline or comparable work experience is required. Technologies required:- Hands on Lead Experience 2-5 Years Airlines domain experience is big plus.
