Position: Snowflake Data Architect 100% Remote Role Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ Months Job Description: Summary: The Snowflake Data Architect will help plan, design, develop, and maintain the data architecture, data models, and standards for various Data Integration and Data Warehouse projects in Snowflake Must have an in-depth understanding of Snowflake Architecture, including SnowSQL, Database Storage, Query Processing, and Cloud Services SnowPro Certifications are preferred Responsibilities: Address a majority of technical inquiries concerning customization, integration, enterprise architecture, and general feature/functionality of Snowflake Enable partners to make key decisions with accurate data analysis, reports, and presentations of key findings Provide leadership and mentoring to developers around best practices and adoption of the data architecture Contribute efforts to define the data model for the persistence entities in the system architecture Ensure design lends to performance, security, integrity, and quality of databases and associated master files Ensure storage, archiving, backup, and recovery procedures are functioning correctly Setup, configure, and deploy Snowflake Qualifications: 3-5+ years of experience as a Snowflake Data Architect Must have an in-depth understanding of Snowflake Architecture, including SnowSQL, Database Storage, Query Processing, and Cloud Services Knowledge and understanding of all aspects of Database Tuning, including Software Configuration, Memory Usage, Data Access, Data Manipulation, and Physical Storage Experience with MS SQL Server, Server Administration, Warehouse Design, and working with multiple database platforms Experience with working according to Agile methodologies Good communication skills Bachelors Degree is preferred; equivalent real-world work experience will be considered SnowPro Certifications are preferred If you are interested, please share your updated resume and suggest the best number & time to connect with you.
