Proficiency in using DB2 tools from IBM and other vendors. 5. Good knowledge in performance & tuning, database sizing, system support, security and documentation. 6. Good experience with software maintenance. 7. Knowledge in planning and designing databases 8. Good Knowledge in Disaster Recovery Essential Knowledge : Excellent Communication skills Strong troubleshooting Vendor coordination & ticket coordination Business knowledge, Application team coordination Desirable : Experience in supporting PROD environments.
