Role: BA with Teller Experience Location: Columbus, OH (5 Days Onsite every Week) Exp: 10+ years Local only upto 100 Miles Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the banking domain, specifically with hands-on teller operations experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the implementation of banking systems and solutions. Key Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to teller functions and banking operations. Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams. Work on enhancing or implementing core banking/teller systems and workflows. Conduct workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs with branch staff and other stakeholders. Provide subject matter expertise (SME) in teller processes, cash management, customer transactions, etc. Assist in UAT planning and execution, ensuring business scenarios are covered. Support implementation and post-go-live activities. Required Skills: 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain. Strong understanding of teller systems and branch operations. Ability to document requirements, process flows, and user stories. Experience with core banking platforms is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or traditional SDLC methodologies. Good to Have: Experience with system migration or teller automation projects. Knowledge of compliance and audit requirements related to branch/teller operations.
