Have a practical working knowledge EMC VNX, VMAX, PMAX, NetApp FAS Storage Boxes with replication technologies such as Time finder Operations SRDF SYNC IQ , replication technologies etc. Good knowledge on managing Block ( FC & iSCSI) /File ( CIFS and NAS ) Provide performance tuning and troubleshooting of all Dell storage technologies Performance analysis of the environment is mandatory requirement Identifying customer requirements into presentable form OS skill from storage view on AIX VMware, Linux & Windows is required Storage System administration functionality and exploitation Assessments and Health Checks installation cabling troubleshooting Exposure to replication technologies and Data Protection techniques Snapshots Clone etc Good working knowledge Fabric Switches Brocade and Cisco SAN Hard & Soft zonings over SAN networks SAN troubleshooting and migration skill is mandatory. Having operating system knowledge is important on the storage management over hosts. Experience in the implementation and support of NetApp hardware and software solutions including AFF, FAS,, cluster OnTap, Netapp cloud volume, Flexgroup. Experience in managing fiber channel based SAN fabrics using Brocade and/or Cisco SAN switches. Experience in NAS protocols including CIFS and NFS. Solving complicated Hardware cases and Liaising with Hardware Vendor/EMC support Advanced trouble shooting skills and identify the severity of the issue, Ability to Resolving issues quickly to account/customer satisfaction and Prepare RCA Provide operational support on a 24x7 rotation basis.
