Years Required/Preferred Experience 4 Required Knowledge of software developmentlife cycle and development life cycle concepts. 4 Required Knowledge of project managementprinciples and practices. 4 Required Skills in using Microsoft Officeprograms such as Word and Excel. 4 Required Skills in writing reports usingPower BI or other similar tools. 4 Required Skill in business analysismethodologies. 4 Required Skill in analyzing and evaluatingcomplex information technology applications, policies, issues. 4 Required Skill in developing creative andworkable solutions to complex problems and issues. 4 Required Ability to analyze and interprettechnical information, including automation system documentation/specifications. 4 Required Ability to communicate in writing. 4 Required Ability to translate user/businessneeds into a technical style. 4 Required Ability to communicate technicalinstructions to system users; to analyze, evaluate, and integrate businessrules into system requirements. 4 Required Ability to perform effectively andwillingly when changes occur in scope and nature of work and work environment. 4 Required Ability to complete assigned work,on time, neatly and with infrequent errors. 4 Required Ability to work and cooperate withothers in a team environment. 4 Required Ability to manage multiple tasks. 4 Required Ability to maintain progress withdifficult assignments and meet deadlines. 4 Required Ability to exercise sound judgmentin making critical decisions. 4 Required Ability to communicate effectively. 2 Preferred Skills in using diagramming andvector graphics applications such as Microsoft Visio. 2 Preferred Skills in using design tools forcreating application mockups.
