Includes multi-currency and Workforce. Support business units as solution needs arise. Effective time management and communications are key. Test Oracle patches in applications to make sure they will work in production. Submit, track and work with Oracle to resolve open SRs which may arise / are needed to resolve solution issues. Configuration changes to application functionality, and assist with testing * Maintain and write calc scripts in BSO/ASO languages with a strong understanding of Groovy. * Maintain a Narrative Reporting application for reports, books, bursts, and scheduled jobs.
