In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting our operational Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, working cross-functionally to ensure timely and high-quality outcome What You'll Do: As a Business Analyst, you'll collaborate closely with IT compliance analyst Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to: Execute NEE's role lifecycle management program processes. Support various IAM activities, including reviews and certifications. Develop and maintain essential IAM program documentation and training materials. Generate and compile IAM-related reports from diverse systems. Perform critical data analysis across different datasets to support role lifecycle management and other IAM processes, identifying potential issues or anomalies.
