(needs to be able to trust/delegate work to this person to run solo with) High level working knowledge of technology projects (background as a Business Analyst or Developer a very big plus, some experience in at least one of the following: Salesforce, Data, ETL, Adobe, AWS Cloud, projects) Experience running multiple teams concurrently General Requirement: 8-10 years overall IT experience 7+ years in SM/PM role for technology projects 3+ years in SM role Other than that, typical SM responsibilities as found in our SM JDs, for example: o Schedule, facilitate and support all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Sprint Refinement, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective o Supports and educates the Customer Product Owners, especially as it relates to maintaining the backlog and interacting with the team once the sprint has started o Work closely with the Product Owners and scrum team to ensure the backlog is properly prioritized, stories are ready for the upcoming sprint, and sprint work is not interrupted with new or competing priorities once started o Work closely with other stakeholders in both technology and business to influence and drive decision making across the scope of the project. o Ensure data is accurate and up to date; generate reports to measure performance of the team; analyze data to identify insights and trends; use data to drive decisions for the team and the broader program o Resolve team impediments to increase the effectiveness of the scrum team Keywords: information technology |
