Job Title: Test Data Management Job Location: Dayton, Ohio USA (Onsite) Duration: 12 + Months Interview Type: Video/ Phone Position Type: Contract Position Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. TDM experience with exposure to industry standard TDM tools such as IBM Optim and Delphix Experience in planning, designing and executing Test Data Management solutions and strategies for the enterprise applications. Experience in building the TDM Framework for the enterprise applications Experience in working on Test Data Masking and profiling Experience in Data Modeling, Analyses & Test Data Discovery Experience in Synthetic Data Generation Implementations Excellent interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong decision-making and leadership abilities in enabling the TDM strategies Possess strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Data analysis with ability to perform test data profiling.
