Key Responsibilities: Lead daily operations, Agile ceremonies (Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Quarterly Planning), and backlog management. Coach teams in Agile/Scrum practices, ensuring adherence to Lean-Agile principles and The Hartfords Enterprise Business Delivery Model Partner with Product Owners/Managers to prioritize work based on business value. Remove impediments, protect teams from outside distractions, and drive continuous improvement. Coordinate with LOB application teams, Production Support/Reliability Engineering, and vendor/3rd-party integrations. Oversee resource planning, financial tracking, and vendor management. Provide leadership in a matrixed environment with a continuous improvement mindset. Core Technologies/Tools : DocuSign, Glassbox, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), HUK, Accessibility, BrowserStack Agile tools & practices: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe (plus), User Stories, CI/CD, TDD, Automated Testing, Velocity metrics. Qualifications 5+ years Scrum Master/Agile leadership experience. Strong Agile/SAFe knowledge and software development process understanding. P&C insurance industry experience preferred.
