[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: AWS Cloud Engineer Location: Durham, NC Duration: 6 Months Plus Client: NC FAST This position also requires management of various tasks and activities on the architecture team. This position requires substantial communication in verbal and written forms, establishing guidelines and guardrails for system/infrastructure enhancements, and providing analysis of software, technology, and a variety of proposed solutions to various problems. Individual is expected to have strong knowledge with AWS tools like CloudFormation, DynamoDB, SQS, Elastic Beanstalk, ELB, AutoScaling, and EC2, and have experience working with Linux. Please list hands on experience in CI/CD and other automation related tools/technologies. The client is requesting that candidates are able to provide 2 references prior to final selection. The references must be recent from a Sr Manager/Director overseeing the candidate's work. IT Infrastructure/Cloud engineering experience to research, develop and implement technical designs for Cloud, Network Storage and app services on AWS Hands on experience with AWS tools like CloudFormation, DynamoDB, Elastic Beanstalk, ELB, NLB, AutoScaling and EC2. Experience with configuration management and automation tools Ansible and Terraform etc. Strong hands on experience in working and managing VPCs, Subnet configuration, route table, Internet gateway, VPC peering, Transit gateway, VPC Link. Experience in business ecosystems, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, APIs. Cloud security controls experience including tenant isolation, encryption at rest, encryption in transit, key management, vulnerability assessments, Experience designing/applying Enterprise Integration patterns (event/message, request/response, batch) including implementing middleware technologies. Security experience in encryption technologies, network architectures, communications security, LDAP, SAML and application-level access methods. Sound knowledge and experience with implementing Containers and Cloud native applications. Ability to communicate effectively at all job levels, use excellent evaluation skills, and ability to relay information in legible reports as required Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment, where priorities and direction can change depending on business needs / opportunities. AWS Cloud Certified Experience creating and developing Kubernetes architecture and tools for product teams and as platforms. Experience with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies Prior experience with the Cram SPM technical architecture and implementation Experience with implementing one or more RPA technologies.
