Strong supply chain planning background with hands on implementation experience. Experience in creating business architecture models to reflect the organization's strategies and goals and creating and implementing business visions and goals. Experience in creating current (as-is) and target state (to-be) business process models using any of the modeling tools such as ARIS, Sparks, Signavio, etc. Knowledge of modeling standards such as Archimate and Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN). Experience in process discovery by going through existing documentation, conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops. Ability to navigate through ambiguous environment and bring clarity to team with well-defined target state processes. Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and strong customer facing skills. Experience working in time critical, fast paced environment.
