The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in designing and delivering scalable ETL solutions, mentoring development teams, and ensuring high-quality project execution. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, driving productivity and technical excellence. Conduct comprehensive code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices for performance optimization and successful project delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business needs. Participate in technical discussions and feasibility studies, offering insights on alternatives, risks, and architecture best practices. Ensure process compliance and contribute to status reporting, minimizing risks and escalations. Skills & Experience Required: 810+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering with GCP. Strong knowledge of writing and interpreting complex SQL queries. Proven ability to design, develop, test, and maintain ETL solutions in GCP, particularly in BigQuery. Experience in working with raw data sources to build consistent, scalable architectures for data extraction, transformation, and analytics. Good analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Experience in UC4 scheduling tool is a plus. Qualification: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
