LinkedIn id is must (Should not been created recently, at least 6 Years old in case of senior candidates) Job Description: Required Skills: LLMs, Generative AI, RAG pipelines, Python, Langchain, and AI algorithms Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize LLM-based solutions and Generative AI models to meet business needs. Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for efficient information retrieval and generation tasks. Develop scalable, maintainable, and performant AI/ML software using Python, leveraging frameworks like Langchain. Experiment with and fine-tune state-of-the-art AI algorithms, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver end-to-end AI solutions. Stay abreast of emerging trends in AI/ML, especially in LLMs, Generative AI, and related areas. Write clean, robust, and reusable code following best practices. Document models, pipelines, and algorithms thoroughly for knowledge sharing and future reference. Lead technical discussions and provide mentorship to junior team members. Required Skills & Experience: 9+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with a strong emphasis on LLMs and Generative AI. Deep understanding of Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5) and their fine-tuning techniques. Proven expertise in building RAG pipelines, integrating retrieval techniques with generation models. Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow). Experience with language-centric frameworks and libraries like Langchain. Demonstrated knowledge of AI algorithms, optimization techniques, and model deployment strategies. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
