NOTES: Not looking for Project Manager, they have one. This is a Program Manager.

Job Description:

Drive full life cycle of implementation. Coordinate across all technical teams. 10-12 Delta systems that need to be integrated. Manage Scope. Identify risks. Planning to Execution. Managing very complex implementations including testing. Strong understanding of data flows, integration, architecture. TSA mandate to implement. manage employee badges. compliance rules. Work extensively with external vendor on customizations, implementation, contract signed. TSA/FBI rules to follow.

All resumes should have Program Manager as their job title for prior projects. Agile/Waterfall/PMP would be helpful. Smartsheets exposure would be helpful. Onsite 3-4 days per week. Possibility of extension, not guaranteed.

Qualifications:

8-10 years of experience as program manager - BUT NOT AN APPLICATIONS DEVELOPER OR IT CONSULTANT.

Develop and implement technology enablement strategy to support the timely handling of all employee relations investigations.

Build and manage a team of professional project leaders to support technology implementations for a centralized Employee Relations team responsible for enterprise-wide investigations of alleged employee misconduct.

Responsibilities:

Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing and technical performance of company programs. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Assist in the development and execution of departmental business plans, strategies and initiatives, operating capital plans, and facility and equipment. Acts as an advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
