Looking for someone technical they could train on ICD and CPT codes. SQL queries, . pulling data from mainframe for claims data, SQL databases. CTH. Need to be on site. 3 people total. Not called it out to anyone else yet. On site 5 days per week in the beginning while they are being trained. But eventually could consider a 3/2 split. Team really small team. 1 consultant, 2 Analysts, and 1 Operational, and 1 Director. These positions have been open for awhile but only been interested in looking at people with reimbursement experience and now changing that requirement. They will have access to Tableau but dont use it. if this person is interested in helping them develop Tableau dashboards they could eventually do that. Reports to new Director of Contracts and Analytics within Provider partnership space. Do not need to be super tenured. Not a college grad, but someone who has 1-2 years experience.
