Title: Service Now Developer / Admin Location: Remote Duration: 6 months Visa: GC / USC Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions) Configure out of the box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows. Hands-on implementation and support experience with Service Now ITSM application suite. Hands-on experience working ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog Service Portals Flow Designer, Workflow, Virtual Agent Topics, Integration Hub Integrate Service Now applications with 3rd party partners to support the data migration. Perform data load, mapping, and transforming, Dashboards, Access Controls, Database Views, User interfaces (forms and navigation), Scheduled jobs/reports. Troubleshoot and resolve problems. Manage User/group including the data loads. Responsible for the design and build of Service Now Applications and integration to other applications and platforms, including architecture, languages, best practices and methodologies in an Agile Scrum environment. Provide strong development and project on-track and on-task and collaborate on an ongoing project in both new and enhancements development between engineers, developers, analyst and other team members. Follow, maintain, and apply documentation best practice policies, procedures and process throughout Service Now development. Work closely with business and IT teams to gather input to support ongoing business needs for Service Now configuration, implementation, and support. Review and apply requirements from external and internal team and align into Service Now development. Developing user friendly catalog items with experience writing workflows. Support platform upgrades as needed. Design and implement solutions following established Configuration Management policies and standards. Qualifications Certified System Administrator (CSA) including delta release certification through the current release. Experience with Service Now upgrades. Assist establishing coding standards to help with consistency. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Service Now Partner accreditations and/or micro certifications. ITIL v3 Foundations Certification a plus. Certified Service Now Developer is a plus. Experience or familiarity with agile development and testing methodology..
