We areseeking an experienced Project Manager that is hands-on, a self-starter, acritical thinking team player possessing both technical and interpersonalskills. Must be flexible and able to multi-task to meet deadlines set byexternal agencies to align information technology solutions with businessinitiatives. Undersupervision, project manager will be a key contributor supporting ourApplication Services applications and manage a variety of projects, includingrequest for proposals (RFP), infrastructure upgrades, application enhancementsand new development, and implementation of COTS/vendor applications withmultiple integrations. Shouldpossess high level understanding in the areas of project managementmethodology, web application programming, document management systems, API,database, and system design. Identification of the technical approach to beused on a given project and manage the system development process. Ability to leadand motivate cross-functional teams and interact at all levels. Excellentverbal and written communication skills and the ability to interactprofessionally with a diverse group including developers, product owners, andsubject matter experts. Advocate for change and effectively communicate projectvalue, including navigating individual viewpoints and building consensus.Manage scope throughout the project duration; Manage detailed project tasks byinterfacing with team members, correlating work to a Work Breakdown Structure,and ensuring team members track time appropriately to project tasks.
