Participate as active members of the full Infor project team Adherence to project plans, implementation methodology Requirements & Gap analysis Design & Configuration of processes Customizations & Interface specifications and testing User Training - Key/Super users; End users Data Migration Masters & Transactions Development and execution of test plans: Configuration testing, End-to-End testing, UAT, Regression Tests, Full Scale testing, Performance testing Report Design - Layout, Content, Mapping to database Cutover & Go-Live Post Go-live support L1, L2, L3 Support Preferred Qualifications: Infor M3 Certifications Basic knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of each extensibility tool like M3 Jscript/ Java Scripts, Mashup, Smart Office SDK/ Web SDK and etc. Strong experience in building applications across platforms and products using Infor ION Expertise in integrating applications with Infor M3 ERP using Infor ION integration platform. Experience in designing Infor ION Workflows, Events, Extensions. Experience in data migration and integration. Familiar in M3 backend database Familiar with Infor Implementation methodologies Good in business documentation and presentation skills Infor M3 data conversion and migration. Requirements gathering, analysis, design, coding, testing, end-user training, and implementation. Excellent tactful communication skills. Ability to work with databases/MIS.
