Or equivalent work experience. Related work experience will be considered. 3 to 5 years of IT work experience in business intelligence tools and systems. Ability to work with the business and senior IT leadership to identify and establish information requirements, develop, and implement decision support strategies that utilize data warehouse systems to enhance business processes and manage business intelligence. Lead the design, development, and implementation of data warehouses; and the configuration and auditing of data warehouses to ensure quality control of data. Provide guidance regarding the use of the decision support capability of systems to deliver information, and subject matter expertise regarding current systems and emerging technology. Work with the Data Services Tableau and Data Warehouse teams to develop, implement, and enhance the access to EFS Modernization data via Tableau. Improve access quality of self-service analytics for stakeholders. Build diagnostic and predictive analytics capabilities. Ability to work with other project managers and under the leadership of a Project Manager Experience working in state government is highly preferred.
