Thanks Role Product Owner Client RANDSTAD Location Chicago, IL (Onsite Day 1) Duration Long Term Rate (For US Citizen/ GC only) Job Description: In this role, you will work with internal business owners and stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into a roadmap, epics/features/user stories that will guide the Agile software development team for clients Business Vendor Support product within client You will work closely with Client business owners to develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for the Business Vendor Support product and the feature roadmap, collaborate on envisioning and concept development, research market/industry/competition and act as an ambassador for the product internally and present updates to stakeholders with Airport Operations (AO). This will also include working with teams to maintain prioritized stories, epics, and themes to develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation while also providing the role of scrum master and organizing daily scrums, retrospectives, backlog grooming, etc. Responsibilities - Gather and document requirements for building the Business Vendor Support product consisting of three elements ( Integration of data feeds for operational efficiency, vendor flight benefits provisioning for staff retention, and streamlining vendor onboarding process for operational efficiency) - Develop product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the business client - Develop and own the product roadmap - Maintain and continuously prioritize the backlog - Collaborate across teams: We win or lose as a team - Communicate clearly and efficiently: manage product release communications. Define expectations for engineering teams and hold them accountable - Work closely with the Program Manager and internal business partners to promote your product and ensure a compelling and consistent message - Understand industry-leading trends in skill assessment/competency strategies and tools - Work closely with the team on solution design and execution according to business needs - Serve as Product Owner on the Scrum team to organize and prioritize work backlog and convey business value to the team - Manage the definition of done from feature acceptance criteria and meets business value requirements Qualifications (Required) - Minimum of 8 years experience in a Product Owner role - Demonstrated experience gathering requirements in complex environments - Strong relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, project management, organization & team engagement skills - Ability to influence and use negotiation skills to align the organization around prioritization and delivery of product roadmap - Product cost estimates development based on the identified requirements - Strong interpersonal skills; adept at resolving complex business issues and moving solutions to the next level - Ability to plan, manage and deliver multiple, concurrent, and complex work streams in a matrixed organization with aggressive timelines - Diplomatic.
