This role is critical to ensuring operational readiness during a company spin-off, managing workflows from lead-to-order through order-to-cash. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Salesforce CRM, proven project management experience, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across technical and business teams to deliver scalable, efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end project lifecycle across Salesforce, Marketing Automation (Marketo), CMS (AEM), and ERP systems, including planning, requirements gathering, execution, testing, and delivery. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure project alignment and success. Analyze lead-to-order and order-to-cash workflows, identify gaps, and propose technology-driven solutions. Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including requirements, user stories, process flows, and technical specifications. Oversee schedules, budgets, resources, and risk management activities. Ensure all solutions meet business, technical, compliance, and security standards. Provide regular project status updates to senior leadership. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of experience in project management within IT, CRM, or marketing systems. Expertise in Salesforce CRM and system integrations. Hands-on experience with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project documentation. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendors. Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
