Provide analysis and development support for SAP products and demonstrate capabilities and limitations of SAP products including SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, SAP TM, HANA Data Analytics, and SAP Fiori. Garner deep functional knowledge of data, processes, integration points with ERP systems and industry best practices for warehouse, logistics, and transportation processes. Requirements CAPABILITIES AND SUCCESS FACTORS Extensive experience is required within warehouse management, logistics, transportation, and manufacturing operations. Strong background in legacy manufacturing, supply chain applications, SAP/Non-SAP ERP solutions and reporting tools. Extensive knowledge of ERP and SAP TM best practices, business processes and data structures. Extensive SAP TM functional experience is required. Excellent problem identification, root cause and corrective action to drive resolution. Strong organization skills with the ability to effectively meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal. Ability to work closely and effectively with all levels of government community. Ability to influence change as well as manage rapidly changing technological and business environments. Demonstrated passion for being the liaison between the business units, technology and project development teams. Ability to work on a highly dynamic team in a fast-paced environment with continuous challenges. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel (formulas, formatting, pivot tables, macros) Proficient in Microsoft Project and Visio (process flows). Skills and Experience Required: Demonstrated capacity to create professional architecture deliverables as support for the project (significant decisions, roadmap, logical/physical viewpoints, etc..). Minimum 3 years in Manufacturing/Warehouse/Logistics/Transportation operations roles. Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience as Functional Consultant for a major IT program involving multiple teams and/or projects. Experience in developing and utilizing business intelligence reporting and dashboards. Experience in S&OP planning cycle to include all aspects of materials management and production planning. At least3years of experience inSAP TMskills. At least5years of experience in development/configuration/solutions evaluation/validation and deployment. At least3years of experience in business process consulting, problem definition, architecture/design/detailing of processes. SAP TM design, configuration, testing, and implementation experience - minimum of two full project lifecycle SAP TM implementation. Should be familiar with material handling systems and how to integrate them to SAP TM solutions. Strong warehouse, distribution and transportation logistics business process knowledge and experience. Must be familiar with transportation and logistics business models, SAP TM and wireless technologies. BS in Engineering, Business Management, Industrial Engineering or Computer Science.
