Thisis a great chance for you to join a growing team as they are creating a PINGCenter of Excellence. You will be joining an Agile Team that is supporting allbusiness streams as a shared service. We are looking for someone with experience in the identity products andcapable of performing operational support. Overall the team will need tomaintain continuous uptime and provide break-fix/triage support for a hybridhosted identity platform. Required: Experience with one or more (IAM) solutions such as Ping, NetIQ Identity Vault, SailPoint Identity Governance, etc. Experience in identity and access governance, including role-based access control (RBAC), user identity lifecycle management and access certification. Experience with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, eDirectory). Understanding of Ping Suite (Federation, Identity, OAuth, Davinci, One) Strong understanding of federation, SSL, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and identity governance and administration (IGA) technologies. Strong understanding of (IAM) frameworks, practices, systems and controls. Strong understanding of privileged access management solutions such as CyberArk, Thycotic, etc. Expected to have 1-3 years experience with Ping one, identity, federate, and/or davinci. Expected to work in office here in Cincinnati. Experience in IAM with an understanding for NIST framework is a plus. Knowledge of multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions and technologies. Experience with Linux-based and MS Windows-based system platforms. Knowledge of enterprise, network, system and application-level security issues. Scripting skills preferred (examples include Python, Perl, JavaScript, PowerShell). Day to day work: Will act as a Ping COE team member. The focus is to provide support andexpertise to multiple project teams. The expectation is that you will developon Ping and conduct consultive work for some project developers. This personwill be able to work independently and seek out knowledge using all toolsavailable. This includes troubleshooting with vendors and supporting productionincidents. While this role is primarily technical, this role requires a great dealof communication with users and technical resources at all levels.
