Role: Business Analyst or Project Manager Location: Hybrid IL, MO and Arkansas Duration: 6 Month C2H Visa: US Citizen, Green Card, Green Card-EAD, H4 Client: RedMane Technology LLC/Child Welfare Human Services Candidate must have: 1. Experience writing functional design documents or documenting solution design details 2. Leading and planning JAD sessions and taking part in JAD sessions 3. Designing and documenting user / systems interfaces along with working with project teams 4. Experience with Child Welfare Human Services Job Description: Business Analyst / Project Management work experience in the US with 3 years of Child Welfare systems experience Demonstrated track record of success in Human Services Industry Software implementation project experience Lead (JAD) joint application design sessions and workshops with clients to capture functional requirements Experience conducting JAD sessions with key stakeholders Must be able to manage JAD sessions in a cooperative and controlled manner Direct and clearly expressed verbal and written communication style with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience Problem-solving and critical thinking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) Experience managing a client in project management areas with budgets, etc. Technical background and/or technical project experience is a plus, but not required Best Regards, Shashmita Sen Das Technical Recruiter, Vyze Inc.
