The Business Analysts responsibilities will include: Use your analytical powers to uncover business objectives Facilitate requirements gathering sessions Gather requirements from end users and document in a pre-defined format for the development team to build solutions Prepare as-is and to-be process maps/workflows Actively engage product owner and business SMEs to translate solution needs into actionable user storiesPartner with product owner/SMEs to define acceptance criteria Negotiate with product owner/SMEs on alternative solutions Facilitate and support product backlog management Coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure functionality meets business needs before go-liveEducation: Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in the specific discipline required by the State. A Masters Degree or Ph.D. Degree is preferred. General Experience: At least 12 years of relevant industry experience in the discipline is required.
