Location: East Coast preferred, but open to CST/EST location Onsite: Preferred to be onsite at a PS office, 1-3 days per week Interview Process: 2-3 internal interview rounds Must have experience/skills: Proven experience in Salesforce Data Cloud and Martech architecture, including designing data-driven customer engagement solutions. Hands-on experience implementing solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and related technologies. Understanding of data models, data integration, and identity resolution activities. Preferred Project/Industry Experience: Consumer Products experience Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator or Consultant Responsibilities: Serves as a hybrid functionaltechnical resource, connecting business objectives with Salesforce platform capabilities. Partners with stakeholders to define and document requirements, translating them into user stories, epics, and process flows. Executes light configuration tasks across Data Cloud (e.g., data streams, insights, entity setup) and Marketing Cloud (e.g., journeys, segmentation, send logic). Collaborates with Solution and Technical Architects to validate feasibility and align delivery with platform best practices. Supports backlog grooming, UAT coordination, and change readiness across cross-functional teams.
