Role: IT Project Manager Onsite Location: Alpharetta ,GA Duration:12+ Months Client: UPS Job Description: Provides leadership in full systems life cycle management (e.g., analyses, technical requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation of systems and applications software, etc.) to ensure delivery is on time and within budget. Directs design, build, and testing for Applications Development (AD) initiatives to meet business requirements and ensure compliance. Guides teams to ensure effective communication and achievement of objectives. Can produce results following Kanban, Scrum or Waterfall processes. Experience with enterprise order and warehouse management systems. Experience with data mapping, application integration, and reporting. Can adapt quickly to volatile priorities. Guides and influences department and project teams. Facilitates collaboration with stakeholders. The Senior Project Coordination Analyst plans, organizes, coordinates, and tracks activities to develop and deploy solutions to support new client implementations. He/She troubleshoots project issues to maintain schedules utilizing established processes and procedures and makes recommendations for preventing recurrences. He/She oversees technical and business solutions with business stakeholders, identifies areas for process improvement and manages requirements gathering process. The Sr. Project Coordination Analyst identifies and tracks project issues along with risk mitigation. He/She plans, schedules, and monitors schedule and activities to gain consensus on final technical solution that meets client's requirements, ensures quality standards are used to comply with established healthcare compliance guidelines. This position interacts with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate activities to ensure projects and programs meet established deadlines. The Sr. ProjectCoordination Analyst reports to the HC Client Implementation Build Manager. Skill/Experience/Education: Bachelors degree or Foreign Equivalent required from or relevant progressive experience in managing teams that implement WMS (Manhattan)/SAP solutions 5+ years of hands on experience in implementing WMS/SAP projects including at least 2 full life cycle implementation project for large user base ( 5K+ users) Strong background including but not limited to Warehouse Management and its integrations with other software components, i.e, shipping systems, etc. Strong knowledge of implementing clients via EDI, and has XML background Ability to transition and communicate from business to technical level and vice versa. Strong verbal and written and communications skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of business.
