Interviews will be conducted viaMicrosoft Teams Job Description: Performs complex database and application development work. Work involves developing design documents, user requirements, and related business processes for the expansion and renovation of the existing Loss, Use, and Conservation (LUC) application, primarily in the development of new features of the Water Loss Audit (WLA) application. Will create and validate user acceptance testing. Will serve as a liaison between the business area and Information Technology Division. Documentation will be used by a developer/programmer to update existing fields and layout of the WLA application, add an interactive questionnaire with weighted calculations based on points assigned, add a data visualization report of user-submitted data including historical data and add a final document submittal page with prescribed recommendations and user document upload features. Additional layouts, tools, and reports may be considered for the LUC and WLA applications. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
