Strong expertise in Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and related Atlassian products (Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.). Proficient in scripting languages such as Groovy, Python, or JavaScript for automation and plugin development. Experience with Jira REST API and webhooks to build integrations with other systems (e.g., CI/CD tools, ticketing systems, databases). Experience in developing custom Jira plugins using Atlassian SDK. Solid understanding of workflow design, permissions schemes, project schemes, and issue types management. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams. Knowledge of system architecture, database management, and performance tuning for Jira environments. Experience in supporting hybrid deployment models (Cloud and On-Premise). Preferred Certifications: Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator or equivalent certifications.
