Oversee billing account clean-up, addressing revenue and other system issues. Identify and support automation and process improvements to reduce sale-to-revenue cycle times. Inform and assist with gathering information to translate high-level process goals into specific sub-processes, with appropriate documentation. Develop and execute communication plans for stakeholders and processes. Support the development and communication of product strategies dependent on new services or features. Work with different lines of business on implementing new product strategies. Here is what our ideal candidate has: Experience in product management or product development. Deep understanding of industry best practices in product development processes specific to the telecommunications industry is require. Experience with cable video products and/or systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with database reporting tools such as Access, SQL, MicroStrategy, and Tableau. Familiarity with Salesforce, CSG, and/or ICOMS is a plus.
