Manage inter-dependencies with other Capabilities Partner with Change & Engage for communications, Change Impact Assessment and training to PC. Maintain Project RAID log, Schedule/Plan and POAP Send regular status reports and conduct project reviews with stakeholders as per Communications Plan. Engage with migration supplier and obtain approval for the migration effort Manage Project Budget and track expense/costs and report to Project PMO Key Activities/Deliverables Discovery Obtain sign-off on As-is UDM Landscape document Pathway Selection Alignment on the selection of target platform with PC High-Level Design Make sure reviews and support is obtained from Segment Architects Detailed Design Manage Test Migration and observations are reviewed. Review Migration Strategy and obtain support from and PC. Build Make sure Sharepoint Site and Teams are built as per Design and Quality Assurance checks are carried out. Ensure NRD exception is applied, and necessary communications is sent out to PC. Migrate/Implement Accountable for successful migration and post migration activities Transition to Support Ensure hypercare issues are resolved Closure Document Lessons Learnt 2 As SME, is responsible for the end-to-end technical delivery of migration, mitigating technical risks and resolving technical issues, Act as point of contact for all technical queries Key Deliverables/Activities Discovery Prepare PC on Discovery Questionnaire and As-is UDM Landscape document Pathway Selection Provide high-level requirements and use cases for decision on Pathway Selection process. Conduct necessary sessions and facilitate information required for Pathway Selection process. High-Level Design Conduct PoC for new solution and provide observations for solutioning the migration design. Coordinate with Solutions Architect during development of High-Level Design. Detailed Design Prepare Migration Strategy & Test Plan and review with Solutions Architect and PC. Conduct Test migrations to arrive at migration approach. Identify technical risks and dependences and plan for mitigation. Build Set-up Sharepoint Sites and Teams. Migrate/Implement Co-ordinate with Migration Team for successful migration and technical validation Transition to Support Act as point of contact and resolve all hypercare issues. Handover the sites to Site Owners. Decommission any PoC or Test environments. Revoke access to all project members.
