The IT Support Analyst is responsible for providing support for end user technology issues and assisting the IT team with maintenance of systems within the corporate infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a team environment resolving issues with the end users. Position Responsibilities/Duties: Respond to emails from employees and clients seeking help with application, software, or computer-related issues Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution Interface with Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services, Windows Server environments, Office 365 and network infrastructure to set up and troubleshoot client issues Involves the use of problem management databases and support desk systems Maintain a high level of courteous customer service at all times Provide support for occasional off-hours requests Improve IT infrastructure, policies and practices as necessary to maintain and exceed compliance with client privacy and security Active directory configuration and management Ability to work with remote access tools and troubleshoot workstations Provide status updates to client requests daily Onboarding New users with account creations and setup User account and permission administration Qualifications: Knowledge of Active Directory functionality Clear theoretical understanding of networks, including LAN/WAN/VPN Bachelor's Degree in a technology curriculum or IT Support Certificate 2 years of experience in IT Support Has knowledge of commonly used IT concepts, practices, and procedures Working experience with Office 365 Keywords: information technology Illinois |
