Job Description for Onsite Program Coordinator Should have overall experience of 12 to 15 years in the manufacturing domain. Should have overall experience of 12 to 15 years in the manufacturing domain Should have good problem solving, troubleshooting & analytical skills. Should have customer interaction/client facing experience. Should have good communication skills(verbal/written). Should have experience in Working with onsite/offshore model. Should have experience as a consultant or program manager or program coordinator focusing on manufacturing and quality for discrete and process industries. Should have experience in business development and business consulting Should be able to lead and drive discussions with various stake holders in manufacturing plant and business leads to understand the business processes, gather requirements, and communicate those discussion outcomes with offshore team Follow-up with various stake holders in manufacturing plant and business leads on any tasks identified and follow-up with till closure Should have excellent functional understanding of BOM, WIP, Production scheduling, Capacity planning, Track and Trace, MRP, Quality management, Maintenance management, Warehouse management, SCM, Quality and manufacturing analytics, OEE, Material management. Have complete view of production system, process details, production schedule and help offshore team in their planning and execution Should have experience in quality management in manufacturing environment (costs of quality, Cost of Poor Quality, Six Sigma etc) Should have knowledge about requirement gathering, gap analysis, design, System Configuration, development, testing ,Go-Live and Hyper care for development, maintenance, upgrade and support projects Should have good understanding of IT-OT integration Should have knowledge about tools and technologies used in discrete and process industries manufacturing area. (PLCs, DCS, SCADA, Historian (IP21), SCADA) Desirable Knowledge/Experience in Nafion membrane / Polymer manufacturing industry Knowledge about Azure .
