These applications include setting up new customers, billing, order management, etc. - Does not want a pure Scrum Master who just does scrum ceremonies by the book. Wants someone who can also act as the Project Manager. Must be able to understand whats happening with the development team, understand the why behind issues and beable to dig in so they can then partner with the business stakeholders to help manage the delivery of the project. QUALIFICATIONS: -3-8years of experience as a Scrum Master who is also acting as the Project Manager. -Must have experience working with Development teams to understand the details of where they are with the project specifics and why they are there (if theyr stuck why are they stuck, what needs to be addressed or communicated back tothe business stakeholders so they understand really whats going on). -Must be able to translate technical problems to the business stakeholders -Must have experience working on backend development projects that involve API development/ integration and prefer they have experience working with development teams who are doing backend development with Java and RESTAPIs.
