You will act as the voice of the customer, own the product backlog, and collaborate deeply with stakeholders, developers, QA, and architects. Define and own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and banking strategy Create, prioritize, and refine epics, features, and user stories in the backlog, including clear acceptance criteria. Serve as voice of the customer in Scrum ceremonies, validate deliverables, and ensure features meet business value. Collaborate across teamsbusiness analysts, Java/Spring Boot engineers, testersto detail requirements and technical feasibility. Act as a technical bridge, using your Java knowledge to understand feasibility, support estimations, and engage in architecture discussions. Track success via KPIs, usage metrics, and customer feedback; iterate to optimize product value. Actively participate in PI planning, sprint reviews, demos, retrospectives; continuously improve Agile maturity. Qualifications & Skills 8+ years in software delivery; 3+ years as a Product Owner in banking Strong hands-on experience or deep familiarity with GenAI (Genertive AI) or Java Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks; experienced in backlog management, sprint ceremonies, and Agile reporting (e.g., PI planning). Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills across both technical and business teams.
