This person willinterface with multiple teams/providing status back to programmanagers/negotiations/need to have a thick skin For awareness, this does need to be someone who has a fast-pacedmindset/strong work ethic/sharp Other items toconsider: Experience with XP methodologies: ExtremeProgram Methodology - Sit on extreme programming groups to facilitate and help.The challenge is to get milestone dates and dependencies. Align forprofitability is the specific project they will be working on. Have XP silos ofprojects that dont have PMs, but they have dependencies. Experience withagile/waterfall - May even ask to be a waterfall PM for a smaller project. Daily: Sharestatus updates with XP groups Scrum sprints arenot always by the book. Have to be flexible.
