Required Skills & Qualifications Current PMP certification (PMI) must upload copy. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) must upload copy. 13+ years of project management experience with large, complex projects. Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Proven expertise with Scrum and Kanban frameworks. Demonstrated ability in mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building. Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills. Ability to analyze and document business/system processes. Experience balancing quality, cost, schedule, and scope trade-offs. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project or equivalent project tracking tools. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills SAFe Certification (Scaled Agile) strongly preferred. Experience working in a SAFe framework environment. Experience in state government or transportation sector projects. Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally).
