The ideal candidate will also have Scrum Master experience to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, maintain transparency through metrics, and foster continuous improvement. This role requires strong collaboration skills across teams, time zones, and business functions to ensure alignment toward common goals. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business/system requirements Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development and QA teams Build and maintain dashboards using Dynatrace, QM, and Kibana logs Perform root cause analysis leveraging logs/monitoring tools Support system integration activities, validating data flows and dependencies Partner with Product Owners during PI planning/backlog refinement Translate technical data into business-friendly insights Ensure requirements traceability from definition through delivery Collaborate with architects, developers, and testers to align solutions with business goals Troubleshoot/monitor in AWS environments Scrum Master (Secondary): Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) Remove minor impediments for efficient delivery Promote transparency via Agile metrics and dashboards Support Product Owners with backlog prioritization Light Agile coaching to foster continuous improvement Skills Required: 6+ years of Tech BA & SM experience (emphasis on Tech BA) Technical degree or equivalent professional experience Backend services (REST API) experience Strong background in analytics, systems development, and dashboard creation Hands-on with Dynatrace, QM, Kibana logs, AWS environment Proficiency in JIRA and Agile tools Knowledge of SAFe and Scrum frameworks Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical) Local to Chicago preferred Nice to Have: Airlines industry experience Keywords: quality analyst business analyst Illinois Urgent Hiring :: Technical Business Analyst:: Hybrid- Chicago,IL [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2782298&uid=4e309ef57e0d45a98747e309ea4228f4 |
