This role combines hands-on technical knowledge with project leadership, ensuring delivery of high-quality, user-focused web applications. What Youll Do Lead Projects: Plan, execute, and deliver IT initiatives on time and within budget. Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with client teams, gather requirements, and provide clear updates. Guide Development: Oversee and review front-end work (Angular, Java-based web technologies), ensuring best practices and performance standards. Drive Agile Delivery: Run sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to foster continuous improvement. Manage Risks: Proactively identify issues and create mitigation strategies. What Youll Bring Experience: 5+ years in front-end web development (Angular, Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS) and 3+ years in IT project management.
