This is very senior level hiring where CDO, CXO people will be involved. Purpose of the Role The Architect Generative AI (Use Case Specialist) is a deep technical expert responsible for solving one specific business use case end-to-end. The role demands mastery in the chosen area, combined with hands-on expertise in Generative AI platforms (SASVA and others), cloud-native architectures, and modern engineering practices. The Architect will perform deep research and experimentation to create an optimized solution, document it as a playbook, and transfer knowledge across delivery teams. This ensures the solution can be scaled and reused consistently across the organization, accelerating delivery while maintaining quality. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver a comprehensive solution for the assigned use case using SASVA and complementary tools. Conduct research, prototyping, and experimentation to identify the most optimized approach. Document the solution in the form of reference architectures, frameworks, and playbooks. Provide hands-on support to delivery teams implementing the same use case. Transfer knowledge through mentoring, training sessions, and well-documented assets. Continuously evaluate latest advancements in technology and GenAI for applicability to the use case. Target Use Cases We are looking for specialist Architects in the following areas: Reverse Engineering Java Upgrade (lower to higher versions) COBOL Migration Data Migration Monolith to Microservices Cloud Migration Angular Migration .NET Migration Candidates should apply based on their deep expertise in at least one of these areas. Technical Competencies Deep expertise in one business use case (as listed above). Strong proficiency with Generative AI platforms (SASVA, OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, Lanhain, RAG, LLMOps). Hands-on coding and solutioning in Python, Java, .NET, or Node.js. Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, and integration patterns. Knowledge of data engineering, migration frameworks, and automation tools. Familiarity with secure design principles and compliance considerations in AI-enabled solutions. Behavioral Competencies : Thought Leadership Ability to define and articulate a clear solution vision for the use case. Continuous Learning Stays ahead of technology and AI trends to apply the latest advancements. Hands-On Problem Solver Builds, experiments, and validates solutions directly. Knowledge Sharing Creates reusable playbooks and actively mentors teams. Qualifications 812 years of experience in technology roles, with deep specialization in one use case area. 3+ years of experience in AI/ML/Generative AI-based projects. Proven track record of end-to-end solution delivery for complex technical problems. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Relevant certifications in cloud platforms, AI, or migration tools preferred.
