Draft and edit all communications materials on behalf of the CVP. Coordinate closely with the Fortune 100 client Security PR team to ensure alignment with press interviews and Vasu's social posts. Provide recommendations on how to continue to elevate communications efforts, including executing against an exec comms plan for FY26. Represent the CVP and her Chief of Staff (to the CVP of Security) on calls/in meetings, as needed, speaking on behalf of the team and providing recaps and next steps in a timely fashion. Support keynote drafting and execution for the CVP, working closely with her speechwriter. This can include, but is not limited to: internal emails, monthly internal newsletter, trip reports, monthly external LinkedIn newsletter, blog posts, and any other materials requested to be authored by the CVP. Role requires someone who moves quickly, is organized, and is able to operate confidently in a highly visible role with executives.
