The Project Managerwill be working with internal IT, stakeholders and external vendors. Thecandidate will work with key stakeholders to create timelines, objective, trackdeliverables, risks/issues and project status. Tracking budgets and the abilityto forecast and present findings on a monthly basis to project owners isrequired. The successful candidate will understand how to create presentationin PowerPoint, facilitate meetings and take meeting minutes for team. Informatica experience highly desirable.Ability to be in office 2-3 days per week. A background showing 3-5 years managingMDM or SAP projects covering the below mentioned areas is required andconsidered key for this role. Managing a multi-disciplinary teamacross functional work streams including examples : SAP PM, MM, IM, FI, CO& P2P (2- 3 areas preferred experience) Proven experience managing implementation projects with task/workresponsibility shared across multiple system Integrators in a high matrixenvironment Proven experience leading MDM / EAM / SAP implementation projects and/orbusiness process re-engineering projects PROJECT MANGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage scope, budget tracking, timeline, quality, meeting facilitation, communications and integration of teams Identify and manage risks / issues and development of mitigation plans Lead meetings for status reporting, scheduling, requirements, resourceassignments and deliverables - ability to create PowerPoint presentations andtake meeting minutes Maintain document control and track project activities and team communications Prepare project reports and dashboards as required by the management team Ensure project repository is built and maintained Develop and review project status with project team and create weekly reports Manage outsourced teams (off-site) including vendor engagements, be a driverwith respect for all team members, display servant leadership and partnershipwith team Develop and publish communications to project teams, management and projectstakeholders Provide guidance on process and deliverables to the project team Lead project teams in strategic meetings and follow up with meeting notes JOB REQUIREMENTS: Extensive experience with project management and all phases of the projectlifecycle Minimum 3-5 years of experience as aproject manager, handling large-scaled MDM / EAM and/or SAP ECC projects Possess good problem solving and resolution skills and a high level ofanalytical skills Good interpersonal skills; effective team player and leader Strong project planning skills using appropriate PM tools: MS Project, MSOffice, etc. Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail Facilitate cross-functional, intra-department, and inter-department communicationsand cooperation Understands Business and System Requirements as they map to a traceabilitymatrix for testing Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Ability to facilitate large meetings with all management levels in attendance Ability to take ownership of issues to resolution Ability to influence others to move to a common goal REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: At least 3-5 years experience of refinery industry or SAP IT ProjectManagement experience (PM, MM, IM, P2P, FICO) At least 3-5 years of end to end SAP ITSystem Development Lifecycle experience At least 3-5 years of experience guidingand facilitating executive level business decisions and performing businessanalysis in cooperation with SAP clients EDUCATION LEVEL: A minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, ComputerScience, Engineering, Project Management, Liberal Arts or related field, orminimum of 12 years experience in a PMO/Project Management function within anInformation Technology organization.
