Job Title : UNIX SQL Production Support with Automation Employment Type : Contract Location : Nashville, TN Job Description UNIX SQL Production Support with Automation Your role: Are you an expert when it comes to tools like Unix, Batch Management, Splunk, App Dynamics, RPA Do you have a track record of influencing senior IT stakeholders and business partners Do you have proven ability to solve complex issues, covering both technical and business needs We're looking for an IT support analyst to: Support the Service & Product Manager across several technical domains Ensure workflows, processes, tooling and applications are of the highest quality standard Contribute expertise to the management of existing and new IT products and services Define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements Maintain a knowledge database Your expertise: Ideally 2-4 years of hands-on experience in IT support role within Financial services industry Proficient with software development tools, such as Unix, Oracle, Sybase, Autosys, Fusion/Peoplesoft Good Knowledge of ITIL processes, knowledge of RPA tools, knowledge of HR IT systems is an added advantage.
