As a technical lead, you will troubleshoot, guide, and support Quest end-users, ensuring smooth financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes that support the organizations mission of delivering high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities: Maintain multiple ASO applications in Free Form and Planning, including multi-currency and Workforce modules. Support business units as solution needs arise; ensure effective time management and communication. Test Oracle patches to ensure smooth production deployment. Submit, track, and work with Oracle to resolve open SRs. Configure application functionality and assist with testing. Maintain and write calculation scripts in BSO/ASO languages, with strong Groovy knowledge. Maintain Narrative Reporting applications for reports, books, bursts, and scheduled jobs. Work with FOMEE/Data Exchange and REST APIs; DRM knowledge is a plus. Accountabilities / Metrics: Financial reporting (income, balance sheet, and cash flow), foreign currency, and intercompany elimination. Advanced member formulas and Calculation Manager. Align technical capabilities with functional requirements across modules. Understand budgeting and forecasting best practices. Requirements / Selection Criteria: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of experience managing Oracle Planning Cloud solutions (Strategic Modeling, Financials, Projects, Capital, Workforce). Experience with SmartView, Narrative Reporting, and Management Reporting development. Knowledge of Batch and Burst development. Security administration in PODS for Super User access and training. Ability to develop dashboards and narrative reports from scratch and modify existing ones.
