PowerBI Developers with strong requirements gathering exp, not just heads down the type of person, will be heavy interaction with business users to help them put together requirements and must be able to see the bigger picture. It is a fast-moving position. It is a hybrid role; the person will work onsite 3 days/a week. Responsibilities Understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights. Utilize Power BI to build interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports. Developing visual reports, key performance indicators (KPI) scorecards, and dashboards for visibility up to the Executive-level. Analyzing data and presenting data through reports that aid in decision-making. Convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide the timeline to accomplish. Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models. Chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relations. Connecting data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business intelligence. Excellent communication skills must be able to discuss the requirements effectively with the client and internal teams. Must have Skills / Experience 5 or more years of Power BI development experience for enterprise reporting Must have SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases. Experience with JIRA and Agile Experience with Microsoft BI stack. Experience with cloud technologies is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
