Need someone who has experience as Product Architect who has worked / guided teams across System, Hardware, ID/Mech, and Software. Should have involved in the development and launch of wearable products (or similar). We are looking for a Product Architect with a breadth of knowledge which encompasses System design, Hardware & software product engineering as well as overseen product realization which includes Industrial design and mechanical product engineering who can guide the team in Strategizing, Planning, setting up a Center of Excellence Team and Lab and reviewing the progress during the initial phase. Experience we are looking for Product development and realization experience needed in Wearable or other similar product form factors like CE devices, portable CE devices, consumer Medical devices, etc Should have an in-depth knowledge of leading validation activities systems, sub-system, and component/module level and can help define validation and automation strategies for different product lifecycle phases. Experience in overseeing validation programs of devices with Connectivity (WiFi/BT/BLE), Camera, Audio, and Display features will be an added benefit Experience in defining tools, frameworks, processes, and methodologies for device development and system validation Experience in Validation of first-off products in a category and defining testing and automation strategy for those will be a great plus Expertise in the validation of novel interfaces, and hardware subsystems for AR/VR/MR experience Interpersonal experience: cross-group and cross-culture collaboration. Roles and Responsibilities She/he should be able to guide and mentor a global team involved in defining and improving test strategies, plans, required validation processes, and KPIs (Leadership Aspect) for the product category Ability to define verification infrastructures, including but not limited to Lab infra, tools, setups, etc. and help with identifying Ecosystem partners for identified activities (including but not limited to Compliance and certification requirements) Review the progress and identify corrective actions Helping in identifying and introducing to critical eco-system partners and Certification and Compliance Lab Guiding the team in defining the automation strategies and defining achievable outcomes Review and analyze verification results to provide support in root causing and corrective action. Provide proactive feedback to guide the program management team on mid/long-term technology investments for the product validation Work alongside and interface with Customers (as required), internal stakeholders, and Engineering/Delivery Team on System validation requirements and presenting capability and solutions to stakeholders Qualifications: 15+ years of product development experience with demonstration of using new technologies.
