Presentation Communication Deliver compelling presentations and facilitate conversations with clients to explain solutions, gather feedback, and ensure alignment. Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of CRM solutions. Documentation Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, configurations, and workflows. Strong ability to write user stories and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Experience working with offshore development teams is a plus. Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
